As a woman...
From high school guidance counselor to stay-at-home mom to True Colors facilitator to actress and filmmaker to betrayal trauma mentor, my life has been blessed with many opportunities. But the underlying thread through it all is my desire to touch people’s hearts in an authentic way.
I love to read, travel, play mahjong and scrapbook! I prefer sunrises over sunsets and the mountains over the beach (though it is close!). When I need to exercise I enjoy playing volleyball, tennis and pickleball.
I am a strong Blue with my Gold/Orange tied for second in True Colors and an Enneagram 9.
I also love my iced chai tea latte!
As a mentor...
Because authenticity is an important value in my life, I consider myself and my mentoring to be real and raw. I believe in encouraging, educating and empowering women while I share vulnerably from my own journey.

Sometimes that may mean sitting with you in the grieving and other times it may mean challenging you in your thinking.

Most importantly, Jesus Christ is first and foremost THE most important component of my mentoring. I could not have gained the strength, confidence and my voice without Him transforming my life.
